Located at the top of a private residence, Villa Carpa offers a breathtaking view and a 180° panorama of the bay of Porto Vecchio, from the Bavella needles to the entrance of the gulf, facing the beaches of U Benedettu, Cala Rossa, and the gulf of St Cyprien. The villa spans several floors and opens widely with sliding glass doors leading to large terraces, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

Interior

The living room, the central space, is illuminated by a large bay window offering a direct view of the sea and access to the pool. A spacious kitchen overlooks a convivial dining area, with a beautiful view of the sea and the pool.

The main bedroom (200x200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning) and a second bedroom (160x200 cm bed, adjacent bathroom, air conditioning) are located on the same level as the living areas. On the upper floor, two additional bedrooms (160x200 cm bed, private bathroom, air conditioning) are available. On the garden level (lower level), an independent bedroom (160x200 cm bed, air conditioning) features a kitchenette and a large shower room.

Exterior

Several teak terraces allow for easy movement and enjoyment of the pool. One of them, with a dining area and lounge, offers a wide view of the bay. Another covered terrace, near the pool, provides a dining area, a barbecue, coffee tables, and sofas. Sun loungers are available. The pool (10m x 5m) is not fenced but is secured with a child alarm system.

Location

With no direct neighbors, this villa is perfect for peaceful vacations with family or friends. It is located at the top of a private road (sloped) in a residence of 19 houses. Electric gate and garage for two cars.

Notes

Pool heating is included in the rate for May, June, and September, then available as an option for the rest of the year.
