This 400 m² fully air-conditioned villa, completed in 2017, spans three levels. Large glass surfaces flood the interiors with natural light and open onto the garden and pool.
The living area of about 100 m² includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a gym, reading room, and home cinema for relaxing evenings.

Exteriors

The 4000 m² landscaped garden planted with olive and oak trees offers peace and privacy.
It includes:

• A heated and secured swimming pool (4 x 10 m, heated from April 1 to October 31).

• A covered terrace with barbecue and dining area overlooking the pool and garden.

• A ping-pong table, swing, and children’s games.
